So, I'm at a party where some non-nonalchoholic drinks are served. At one point there is a bit of a commotion, and this gal kicks this guy right in the twig and berries, but instead of going down right away, he rears back and kicks her in the same spot(he dropped afterwards).

Was he in the right, did the actions mke sense? Should he have gone after a different target? Should he have merely taken it?

I think so. She shouldn't be kickin' people in the first place just because she thinks she can get away with it. I would've popped her one.

Yep, equality is the mantra of the times.

In fact, the guy should have added a few blows and knowcked a few teeth out just to make a point.

Then, to promote equality, the guy should file criminal charges then follow up with a civil suit and hurt her wallet.

Then, the female should be forced to register as a "sex offender" since she specifically targeted his private parts.

It is time to make females suffer as males have over the decades. Time to cast aside the double standard that has enslaved males for far too long.

He was right up to a point She was wrong in the first place to kick him there or anywhere, she should be the one that goes down.

I say if she kicked him?..she deserves to be kicked back - he could plead self-defense and say he was fearing she would do it again otherwise - and he'd win that case. Shame on both of them - but shame on her the most. She should have never done it to begin with.

Don't hit unless you expect to be hit in return. It's not the age of chivalry anymore. She was a moron for doing that. He was a jerk too, but equally so.

It's a reflex thing...and I would have done the same. Women want equality...right?
