My uneasiness and fear starts the moment I begin the conversation with him although I felt quite cool and comfortable until while entering the office. I fumble, sweat, can't get anything to say............why?? Pls. help. "I know one good turn deserves another". I'm from Dubai - UAE

Talk to him about what he wants 2-5-10 years from now. Ask him questions about what his hopes and fears are both financial and otherwise. He'll quickly realize that you are confidant about how to get him there.

Ask him what matters most about his money. Try to quickly understand his Situation. Discuss the Problems of the situation. Then go into detail about the Implications of the problems. After you've done that thoroughly, then offer the solution that gives the Need-payoff.

If you're focused on doing the right things, you won't have to worry about what you're worrying about.

Good luck.
