Go to the Windows/Font directory
On the File menu will be an option to Install a New Font
Run the install, and browse to where the Font is that you downloaded and want to install.
Often you can bypass the install process by simply copying the Font into the Windows\Font directory (if it is in the proper format).

Dear Friend
You can copy your fonts to My Computer>Control Panel>Fonts and I should tell you that they should be .TTF
right click on files then select copy and then go to the fonts folder and right click on the page and select paste.

Just drag and drop the font file (.ttf , .otf, .fon) file from wherever you downloading it to the folder C:\Windows\Fonts\ . Thats basically it. You might need to restart the computer for some programs to recognize it but I usually don't need to.
