In pokemon emerald, i have a level 56 swampert. I am stuck in lilycove city.?

In pokemon emerald, i have a level 56 swampert. I am stuck in lilycove city, when i go to the aqua hideout the guy asks me if i am team magma and then asks me if i know there hideout. They tell me that team magma are trying to awake a pokemon on a mountain. But anyways, they block the area so i cant get in.

Go up the escalator then down, until you find a cave. Enter the cave and battle.

Go to the right of lilycove city and up there will be a hole go inside and there will be lots of battles awaiting you!
