What happened aginst the black and whites in the1960.

blacks began to protest their treatment (segregation, lack of opportunity, etc.) whites in the south responded rather violently.
But TV had been invented so finally the northerners could see what was happening. Politics shifted and civil rights was legally passed. Of course equality is still not totally implemented, but at least it's considered generally socially desirable. Big difference from before the 1950s.

-Blacks try to "make it"

-The klan
-Politics

-Discrimination
-Murders
-Assassinations
-The strive for higher/ better education
-Jim crow laws
-Civil Rights
-Black Panthers
-Violence
-A whole bunch of speeches
-White Power
-Black Power
-I'm pretty sure some babies were made in the 1960's
so yeah Babies.
-War
-Racism in the North begins to diminish

blacks took a united stand against unfair treatment from the ruling class. and that was ONLY 30-40 YEARS AGO.

i bet some of those that were in power THEN, are still in power TODAY.
