Dragon used to be a cashier, and she always wanted to smack the rude customers. Now that she isn't a cashier, she wants to smack the rude cashiers.
Actually, Dragon wants to smack any rude person. It isn't that hard to just be polite.

I try to be nice, but when people piss me off, they piss me off. I've said things to several cashiers that they need to be a little bit nicer, because they're representing a company, and if she wants a paycheck, it depends on customers coming into the store.

Jedis like me have more self-control than that...LOL I Worked for customer's service for 14 years now and I learned one thing...When someone wants to piss you off ,never let them have the best of you and even if it affects you, you stay calm and keep a light smile...This way, it comes back to them and they get really angry cause it didn't work. !!! Try it here! You'll be amazed !

i know what you mean. i'm always nice when i go through any cashiers line but the ones that are rude for just no reason i feel like smaking the crap out of.

Yep.. I worked in customer service too ... and now I live in D.C. and I don't think the workers here understand what customer service means... AT ALL...
