First, know yourself. Know what you want in looks, personality, common interests, and yes, sexually.

Then, be yourself. Don't be arrogant, but don't be too humble, either. Talk to them, not their boobs. Make eye contact, and maintain it without being too weird. Ask them questions about themselves, and really listen to the answer, and ask follow-up questions that are appropriate. Answer her questions honestly.

be nice. if you see big sleazy macho guys who seem to get all teh girls, and you think, wow i should copy what they do and ill get girls too.
