Is there any difference between Chyavanprash & Sona Chandi? Which brand is good for a male of 31 yrs.

Chyavanprash is an excellent tonic that contains some three dozen herbs, fruits etc. It is good for general health and for protection against cold and infection. In some chyavanprash, they add a bit sliver bhasma and gold bhasma.This is simply to add to the quality of the product.

chyawanprash is really good for health. m using daburchyawanprash since childhood and loved it

composition of both is same. i think better is the one u trust and have it regularly twice a day.
