donkey--in Hawaii, they have signs up and everything, made me laugh so hard. How bad of a driver do you have to be to hit something as slow as a donkey.

lol ..do you not get out much? ...we have coyotes all over the place down here!! The weirdest roadkill I saw was an opossum, which isnt weird by itself, but for some reason, my kid and his friends posed next to it in the middle of the busy road and took pics with their cell phones...and no, he's not on drugs, I took him in to pee in a cup not that long ago..

I was on my way to work on the freeway a couple years ago, I carpooled with a friend. Well it was her turn to drive that day and we're going down the road and I saw some roadkill. I told my friend that it looked like a dead monkey. I didn't see a head but it looked like one arm was raised and it was in the brush in a woodsy area. We are in Michigan, mind you. Well, she laughed and told someone at work. He came up to me with his arm thrown up in the air and asked, "What do I look like?" I was puzzled til he said "A dead monkey!" and I realized he was making fun of my sighting. LOL. I told him approximately where I had seen it.
The next day the same guy comes in to work and assured me that it was a dead deer, not a monkey.
Well, it WAS hard to see and it WAS in the bushes. ;-)

When I lived in Florida, I saw a huge turtle and an alligator, plus tons of lizzards......... In Michigan, it's always just normal crap...
