Oh yes it should be interesting. The only foul gaseous odor I can think of in New York is The Great and Grand OZ - Ms. Hillery Rod-Hang Clin-Toon. Could anything possibly stink more than that.

It's a natural gas leak. Natural gas is odorless, but a rotten egg like smell is added to it for safety purposes.
