I can't remember the last time I used a teapot- usually just the microwave or teakettle. I really like the idea, though- it reminds me of a time when people made the effort to do things in a gracious manner. And there is just something about pouring tea out of a pretty pot that reminds me of my tea party days when I was a little girl. Keep on using your teapot! I am going to wash out one of mine and start using it again. Thanks!

I will make a whole pot of tea, and sit around until the pot is empty... then I fill it up again... if, by some misfortune, the tea in the pot goes cold, then I heat it up again in the microwave by the mugful. It's a pet peeve of mine when my mother pours out the cold tea- it's like 'I was gonna drink that, whattaya doin'?'
Don't think this question will bag as many votes as the 'what are you drinking and what are you listening to' question, but we'll see...

i use the teapot if i have to make 3 or 4 cups whitch isnt very often so usually in the mug,besides i always smash the lids on tea pots !!!!!!!!!!!!

if it is for one or two then tea bags, but you cant beat tea out of a pot, it is the best. that said I dont actually own one any more.
