yes, it is being unfaithful. it doesn't matter about the ins and outs. if you have a boy friend or girl friend then it would be in the interests of the relationship to be faithful. why have a relationship with anyone if you are going to be unfaithful?

Being unfaithful in my book is giving quaility time to someone that is not YOUR Partner, no matter what sex they are. Even if you don't engage in the physical act. If you are being romantic to include kissing having a misleading date, and/or sex in any form (cyber, intercorse, sodomy, oral...ETC)
