Nah, I didn't care about that. I was one of those highschool kids who had friends in the "cool" category and also in the "geek" category. I was floating around somewhere in the middle, and I had a good experience.

In high school I was on the quiet side. I didnt think about bein cool. My main focus was to graduate and stay outta trouble. I just sat in the corner most of the time. I liked to rock back and forth in my chair.
People always thought I was crazy. Probably cause when they askey me why I was rockin my chair I looked at them and laughed.

Yeah, I did, but honestly, go to your class reunions and you will realize that (1) all the "cool kids" aren't there because they are embarrassed that they are now working at convenience stores, (2) the hot cheerleader everybody wanted to date now weighs twice as much as she did, has five kids (with three different men) and has been divorced a couple of times, and (3) the "mousy nerd bookworm" people are the ones with good jobs, attractive spouses and that are running their own companies because they concentrated on what they needed to concentrate on in high school - GRADES!!!!

(it was not a pretty time for the young lowroad)
one can stare into a chain link fense for only so long and not want to start doing massive amounts of vandalism!

No, not really - I had a lot of firends and we had good times - I don't really remember giving any thought as to if we were cool or not - we just had fun.

lol i never thought about popularity in school........it wasnt until recently that someone pointed out to me that i was "so cool".....
voted Class Clown 2 years........
Vice President of my class....
Defensive Captain on the football team 2 years......
i was on TV at school every morning.......i was in broadcasting class and i did the morning announcements.........
and i was an overall hot piece of @ss.........
