2BHKs are really expensive in Pune right now!! the per sq feet rate in Pune is about 3200 -3800 INR at Aundh... There are a lot of builders in Pune most of them have development projects running across the city... You can call any of them.. for their phone numbers refer to the advertising boards, the newspaper or ask your pals.... I am not in pune right now, so cant give you more info on this!!
