I contacted the dealership and they stated these are not P codes so they can not help me.

12 has something to do with the battery connection but I think that just means that you have had the battery disconnected recently and will clear after so many starts. 41 has to do with the charging system. 55 is check complete. Check out site: http://hem.passagen.se/suntool/jeep/error_en.html?k

Take it to Auto Zone they'll scan it and tell you what each means. I love them!
