Am trying to download EI7 on a laptop with Windos Xp (2002) and it says that the pack on the computer is incompatible with. Also when am tryin to change the computer screen resolution , it says that the computer has none and is working with some kind of default VCG I had to re install the windows operating sys. because it wouldn't let me open my e-mails. But now am stock with some huge incons and would like to do in order to fix these prob. My warranty was up 2 yrs. ago and dell wouln't help

First off you need to download the drivers to the on board video card. Go to the manufactures website and should be able to figure out which video drivers you need.
You many need service pack 2 also for IE7 to be downloaded.
