Can I use my CanonPowerShot A620 camera as my web cam and if so how do I set it up (plug-ins etc.) ?

looking at the specs online it doesnt look like it but webcams are really cheap now a days you can pick one up for 10-15 pounds
are you ok for setting it up to import photos to your computer
