If you're looking for one particular author, try doing a search for his/her site. They will list all of their books and the next to come out.

If a general question: Try Amazon or Barnes & Nobel, they have selections that will take you to what you want.

Zooba.com has all the best sellers, tells you about the book and you can read reviews by actual readers.. Also amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com will give you reviews.
