Well since the owner is running the team like a business (And Ford Motor Company has not been doing so well for years), is it really any wonder that the team is so bad?
Mr. Ford was impressed with Millen slick talk and was not concerned that Millen had no experience running an organization- I guess he did not realize that Millen was reading a teleprompter and had to study up before going on camera- can not do that running an organization (Too bad there are no cheat codes!!!!!). We are stuck with a horrible team as long as there are butts in seats at the games, hopefully the talented kids in the draft state they will not come here (then MAYBE Ford will get a clue)!
Sigh.........

It's one of two things:
1) He's got some serious dirt on William Clay Ford that he can use for blackmail.
2) William Clay Ford doesn't give a ****.
I'm hoping for the former, but if I had to put money on it, I'd bet the farm on the latter, given the history of the Detroit Lions, who, now given the Tigers' resurgence, are officially the s**tiest team in the Motor City.

I don't know. Him not being replaced long ago is one of History's Mysteries....
BUT if you're a Packer Fan, ya gotta love that the Lions keep him on (kinda like how, as a Brewer Fan, I'd hoist a beer every time the loser Cubs rehired Dusty....hehehehe)

He has to resign in order to leave, and he won't. The owner won't fire him. Guess if you're a Lions fan you just have to get used to drafting a WR in the first round every year.
Calvin Johnson, your new home is the bung-hole of America....DETROIT!!

I really don't know either, he's a horrible GM. Drafting a WR in the 1st round three years in a row! What a moron. I thought he for sure he would be fired this year.
