Anyone know of any good online libraries where I can look at books online for free?

Largest collection of books on the Internet, and growing. You do have to download them to view them. But the are (mostly) text files so are small and require no special software.

you can go to library .com or go the the library and ask them b/c they help me find a book that i was looking for in the library even own line to just ask them .
