how they reduce gravity force to float?suppose a object is to rotate at 3000 rpm how long it will rotate in such a chamber.? what is making it to stop or reduce the speed - rpm

There is *no* way to eliminate gravity at sea level. The only thing you could do (and no one has done this yet with anything larger than a small toad, as far as I know) is to construct something with a very powerful magnetic field, so powerful it will cause objects inside to become magnetized and then rise up because of the magnetic attraction. But as I said, such a machine does not yet exist to make people float.

A centrifuge is not very good for being weightless. A vertical centrifuge would alternately make you weightless then double weight in quick succession.

Underwater diving is the about best that you can do. Or go up in a stunt plane. It would be able to do a zero gravity parabolic arc for about 20 seconds at a time but this isn't sea-level unless you crash.

there is no need to go for zero gravity.............just try it in dead sea.... you can float there as long as you can...
infact, u will not be drowned in dead sea....
