No, I don't. I like my body and my creamy skin the way it is. I would NEVER sell out to the "fake" society we have created. It is really sad because I don't think real men want an anorexic woman who has the body of a ten year old with d- cup breasts. It is really scary the image and message we are sending our young girls. I have no clue. I have always loved and accepted myself for who I am and what I look like. The most I've altered my appearance, has been hair color. No taning salons, no fake nails. Just a dye job once in awhile.
I blame hollywood and the fashion industry for setting unrealistic goals for women to try and reach.

Normal men don't care if its fake or real. If we like big boobs then we like big boobs fake or real. The only problem a man might have is if a girl does have fake boobs, then he may wonder if she is so superficial will she be that way in the relationship and trust issues may arise.
