since he gave you permission than yes. but if its not in writing you may face some challenges from his estate. try and clear it up with them before you do anything. definitely talk to a lawyer to be sure. if your going to start marketing something you should have a lawyer to protect your interest any way.

No. You cannot reproduce it in any way for a profit. Unless you and he made a contract to do so. Creative rights will go to the originator and if you do make a profit off of reproduction of the painting (and get caught) then you will have to pay all the procedes back to the Andy Warhol foundation and pay some fines.

Since you own the original, you can sell that and take the profits from the sale.

Why not just sell it and tell the person buying it that you want any profits he makes from it when trying to copy or sell it QUIDS in
