go into internet options click advanced scroll until you see activex and check it so you can use is.

reinstall your browser so that you dont have to go through those boring steps like activeX. alos... try upgrading your browser to the new IE7 if you havent already.

Try changing the settings on bbc to use real player instead.

I think your browse is too old you in need to download the new one you can find it in yahoo web site and it is free .
