my siemenc mc 60 is not allowing me to phone to any number and giving me called barred however its letting me send sms what might be the problem?

it seems that u have changed your phone setting to fixed diallllling.. so you r allowed only to dial the allowed numbers.....just try changing the settings back...if cant contact ur sevice provider..
