I know I can put files on a disk, but don't know how.

Copy everything U want on disc & down load on Ur new one. That's the easiest way. Hope this helps U.

Right click on the MyComputer icon. This will give you options....choose Explore. This opens your computer hard drive (and other drives) in a 2 panel window.

When you find the file you want, you should be able to click and hold and then drag and drop it to the disk drive. Usually you will find the file on the right side and then drop it in the folder you want that you see on the left side.

If you had a cable between the two computers (both turned on) you could do the same thing, just from one computer to the other.

Play around some so you see how all the folders open first before you start moving things.
