Is it a good idea to go USA to work.?

I am an Indian, I work for a softweare industry in India. I am planing to go to USA on H1B visa on my own expences.
Is it true that many Indians who went to USA to work are coming back to India as the pay is good in India too now days.

If you have your visa then come on over as you're quite welcome. It's quite refreshing to see someone who takes the time to do it right. That's damn good enough for me!
