I´m reading right now, genealogy of moral and I´m loving it, but I haven´t read anything else of him, so what kind of man is superman for Nietzsche.

Super man was the man who rejected all the morals and rules of society recognizing that they are arbitrary. He then makes his own rules and morals. He still knows there are no such things but he creates his own world in a sense.

The man who is free, psychologically. A man who does as he sees fit and is not mentally shackled, by religion especially. Fred was basically pissed because he felt that religion, or in my opinion the interpretation of religion, essentially clipped man's wings.
