Will disabling 3rd party browser extensions stop quick time and others?

did this because of the error message 0x62304390 memory could not be read. Also cleared caches and scanned for malware. re booted also. Thank you for your help in advance.

may help disabling the extensions,
if you want quicktime or other programs to not start up when you log in than that can be done in preferences
