How do I get rid of moths?

Question

We seem to have a moth infestation, mostly around our kitchen. Are these the same kinds of moths that eat sweaters? And how do I get rid of them?

cedar blocks of wood and moth balls will do the trick. usually they are attracted by something... give the kitchen a good top-to-bottom cleaning.
