Sometimes when i am browsing the internet, i get an activex bar at the top of the page and page is not displayed. I have tried allowing activex but it still doesn't help.

you need to install diretx9 so you can view the full content of some webpages. next time you see that on the top of the page click on it and click install.

It looks like you are trying to run something. If you are right click on the active x bar and choose run active x control...
This will allow you to run the application you require...
