This is a tough one. Are you absolutely positive? Do you have proof? How is your relationship with her? Do you get along with her husband or is this going to look like you are trying to break them up? You have to make sure you are gentle when you tell her and be ready to back up whatever you say. Good luck to both of you!

Depends.. how do you know?
Did you see her husband talking to a woman, kissing a woman or were they having sex on the couch?
The first is silly men talk to woman all the time, the second it could be a relation that doesn't count either.. the latter well did he see you or did he threaten you? Mom's react better if a kid is threatened than about an infidelity. You do need proof of the offense.. otherwise its rumors and lies.

You really have the right because it's your mom who has been cheated. Let your Mom know that and have it planned to caught the husband in the act.
Goodluck!

This is tough! Are you sure he is? If yes, you have to consider a number of things. How do you read their relationship? How do you rate your mother's love towards him? If I were you, I would start by advising mom on trying to open her eyes much more! If she askss what do youl mean, tell her that there is a suspicion that her hubby is fooling around, but you are not sure!
If on the other hand, you believe that your mum is not that happy or her relationship with her hubby is shaky, then do tell her. But be sure you can back up your claim with evidence! Otherwise you might dent your own relationship with your mum! Good luck.

Just sit her down in a nice and calm way and say mom I have something very important to tell you. Your husband is cheating on you, But dont throw it in her face if you yall are not good friends because it really hurts to have your heart broken. Just hold her and be their for her. Then I need you to help her pack his things and throw him out, because its no exception for him to cheat on your mother, If he feel she did something wrong he could have talked it out. But cheating I feel thats so wrong, If he feel he couldnt talk it out that means he didnt love her enough to want to stay happy. Good luck Be their for her shes going to need you.

Put all your evidence together, try to get your mom when her husband is not around for a long period of time. Then let her know what you know NOT what you think he might be doing. When she decides when to confront him be near by to comfort your mom, GOOD LUCK!

number one you must be positive that what you think is actually true. If it is based on rumor or assumption you could cause a terrible riff in the family that may never heal. If you are positive - you can confront your father and tell him to confess to your mother. Best the news come from him than you.

Tell her and make sure you have the proof because if you do not like her husband she may see this as an attempt to braek up their marriage.

If your sure, send e-mail from a secret mailbox. Everyone hate the messenger of bad news.

I don't think that you can. I do however think that you could expose her to the clues that led you to the conclusion. You have to understand she may well already know that he is cheating.
