It has to be "Friends". I can watch the same episodes more than once and it's still funny - the same can't be said for a lot of other comedy series.

My favorite comedy right now is How I Met your mother!! I love it. Doogie Howser is on that show and he rocks!! There are a few epsiodes on YouTube, give it a shot if you haven't seen the show. I promise you'll laugh!!
