A close friend had a 14 year relationship with the son of a romany gypsy. They split up about a year and a half ago in extremely bad circumstances and it is believed that his mother (who we believe is a Gaje (non-gypsy)) has cursed or attempted to curse her sons ex-partner and a very close friend of hers that the mother strongly believes played a huge part in the break up.

Since their split life has gone from bad to worse for the girl and in some ways even worse for her close friend.

For instance, in the past 2 months the close friend has been in the papers suggesting wrongdoing by the police, both his grandfathers died within a week of each other, had his van stolen and the teenage joyrider subsequently dying in a serious accident. They have both suffered massive depression and illness during this time.

Alot more has happened but this is the most recent stuff.

Its believed that only true Gypsies can curse but given the chain of events it seems that something else is at work here

If you allow yourself to believe you are cursed, then you are inviting bad things to happen. You will also see things that would have happened anyway, differently, you will view them as the curse.

Accept responsibility for anything you (you = the person who believes they are cursed) have done, honestly look at the situation and see where you may have been in the wrong. If you did do anything wrong, accepting it and making the decision not to repeat that behaviour again will allow you to move on. (Past any curse). Forgive yourself. If you have nothing to feel remorse for, then believe in yourself that you did nothing wrong to invite any curse and you will have nothing to fear.

Fear makes us vunerable. Guilt makes us feel we deserve to be punished in some way. Therefore, if you feel guilty and think you should be punished you can invite your own misfortune.

If you did something wrong, say sorry (it doesn't have to be to the person, it can just be to whichever god/belief system you have), and forgive yourself. If you did nothing wrong, believe in yourself.

While you believe in a curse, you are giving someone else power over you. Take your power back, believe in yourself, and there will be no curse.

Satan has the power to create the illusion of people being cursed but in reality they are not cursed....... And there are ways to rid themselves of such a run of bad luck. But I have found that people are just to stubborn to listen and that many people when they start feeling sorry for themselves. Find it very hard to stop. So when they are really ready to let go of that evil, let me know and I will tell the a few ways to rid themselves for their current problem......... But I refuse to waste my time and listen as to why the feel that what I say won't help them when it has helped thousands of others get rid of their run of bad luck..............

Although I think that Lorri has given you a very logical answer I will advise you the cursed one to seek help.If you believe in this then there will also be someone out there who has the knowledge and talisman to help. You mustn't hold a grudge against the person who has cursed you.Pray for them and for yourself.Ask God to forgive them and to give you the strength to forgive them also.

Dress yourself as a Tax inspector, Spread Marmite on your newly shaved head, get on your hands and knees and whistle Dixie while watching the Office DVD Box set in the window of Currys.

If one really believes in this sort of "stuff" see a gypsy physhic to remove the spell. But if they believe in a higher being, prayer with faith is the answer!

You create your own bad luck, The choices that you make in life are most likely the wrong ones. Only you can make your choices right. If your prone to making bad choices then bad luck will always be with you.

It is in her head! But maybe it would make her feel better to seek out an unconnected gypsy and have her check out the "curse".

It is just in each person mind, i mean witches and bad luck can affect a person as much as this person believe in it.
Tell her to get closer to God, he is the only one able to break those evil chains.
