Here goes an attempt at a breif list of differences... I couldn't really find any - they all use violence to get their way...

HAMAS (in Arabic, an acronym for "Harakat Al-Muqawama Al-Islamia" -- Islamic Resistance Movement -- and a word meaning zeal) is a radical Islamic fundamentalist organization which became active in the early stages of the intifada, operating primarily ... It was founded in 1988 by Sheikh Ahmad Ismail Yasin, a Muslim religious leader.

HEZBOLLAH(n.)a Shiite militant organization with strong ties to Iran. “The Party of God or Official Party of God.

FATAH (Arabic;); a reverse acronym from the Arabic name Harakat al-Tahrir al-Watani al-Filastini (literally: "Palestinian National Liberation Movement") is a major Palestinian political party and the largest organization in the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). Fatah is a nationalist movement with the sole aim of liberating Palestine from what it sees as its colonial occupation by Zionism, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state in its place.

the words of Abu Nasser, leader of Al Asqa Martyrs Brigade in Nablus. “Our brothers demonstrated what we have felt in recent years: Israel is falling apart. Next time Iran will be in picture with missiles on Tel Aviv and it will be easier. We learned from Hizbullah that the tools that make a difference are missiles. If we achieve expertise in this field, we won’t make do with the simple rockets we have. There is no doubt that we can subdue Israel. Since the Gulf War, missiles were what brought Israel to the negotiation table. The withdrawal from Gaza was also a result of missiles. If we use them correctly in the West Bank, we will get rid of the IDF here too.”

Superb question. The popular image is that while Hamas are the terrorists, Fatah are moderates. In fact, though, if you actually look at the statements of both groups, there's little or nothing between them. Hamas is far more open about what it wants: its Charter states it wants the region to 'be bathed in the blood of Jews'. Fatah doesn't come out with such aggressive statements in *public*, but again, if you actually examine some of the statements they make in Palestinian media, they are teaching young Palestinian children that the conflict is not about land, but rather about 'the eternal enmity that Muslims feel for Jews'. At present, Fatah is hoping that Israel does get rid of Hamas, so they can return to power. If that should happen, we will be back in the same situation, except that Fatah are more circumspect in their hatred. FUNDING Hamas does in fact work with Al Queda; they share similar aims. Iran and Syria give *billions* each year to Hamas. In addition, the EU sends more money to the Palestinian Authority in Gaza, than anywhere else - and there have been suggestions that some or even much of this money gets diverted into terrorism. In terms of actual ideology: Both groups teach that becoming a 'shahid' or 'martyr for allah' is the 'highest glory' that anyone could desire. Children are taught from the age of FOUR that to die while trying to destroy Israel, is a worthy ambition. I genuinely don't think there's that much difference between the groups. LIZ is correct, though, in that Fatah will speak with Israel - Hamas say they will never recognise Israel's right to exist, and that they do not want peace.

Fatah was created by Yasir Arafat and was widely regarded as being The only representatives of the Palestinians in the late 20th century, however many of Fatah's members were charged in corruption charges and due to this the Palestinians at long last focused their attention towards other Palestinian groups.
Hamas capitalized on this weakness of Fatah and shocked the entire world by taking a majority in the elections of January 2006.
Hamas runs various kinds of charities inside Palestine and is widely regarded as the protector of the Palestinians.
Hezbollah however is a political party in Lebanon and consists of a military wing that is there to protect the country in case a war breaks out against Israel. It enjoys a large support of Lebanese and is one of the most respected political party in the entire Middle East.

Araby is a clan/gang based society.

These are gangs competing amongst each other to lead the way in killing the Jews of Israel.

For instance, Hamas and Fatah have the same goal to destroy Israel. But Hamas favors an all out glorious jihad way of doing it; where Fatah favors a patient so-called "staged plan" to eliminate Israel over time.

The Hezbollah is an arm of Iran.

Yes they are all anti-Israel to one degree or another. The worst two are Hezbollah and Hamas, as they refuse to even consider Israel as a state. Fatah has to a degree, although mostly for financial reasons, chosen to say they believe in a "two state solution".
The whole problem is that while Israel is willing to trade land for peace, these groups only see such actions as weakness and a sign they are winning. The truth is that Israel should just build a wall at this point and keep the west bank, and let the Palestinians keep Gaza. I don't see any reason for further bartering with people who were not even originally IN that area in the first place.

Remember that the name Palestinian comes from the "Philistines" who were not even Arab, and prior to the formation of the state of Israel the property was held by Britain and befor them, the Ottoman Turks (non muslims).

Yes, they are all anti-israel, though Fatah is taking a more pragmatic approach than the other two. They are at least willing to acknowledge Israel's right to exist and try to work out a peace deal with them...
