I made a new e-mail adress, and I wan to copy my information from the old one in to the new E-mail, such as:contacts, Please help me if possible

Well if you are using Outlook you should create a PST file. (Personal Storage file) where you can move all of your email. This will give you the ability to not only move the mail but you can copy your calendar and your contacts. Then when you create the new account you can import the PST and move the items to the appropriate places within the new account.
To find the file just do a search on your system for *.pst

What sort of account do you have?
If it is a local account on your PC, then settings can be copied over in various depending on the client version. However on Internet accounts like Yahoo, gmail etc, you will have to do them manually

if its on local mail server you can import and export

but in yahoo and gmail you can send them manually

copy and paste or email the contacts n let tham know ur new email addy.
