Being aware that he's an idiot is a good start to dealing with your 'ex' at work. Dating allows you to meet your share of jerks - it's sure as death and taxes. But, you are in control of how long you will allow any jerk take up space in your life. I would say 10minutes is enough time from when they first display completely 'jerk-like' behaviour. So congratulations, you broke up with a big, selfish jerk. Your 'ex' knows you did the best thing for yourself yet, so he's going all out to torture you.
VERY IMPORTANT: Don't fall for it. Don't try to act like it doesn't bother you. Rather, don't let it bother you. Create your new rythm and dance to it. People are always attracted to fun and happy people, even at work. When your 'ex' sees that you are having more fun than when you were together, his i'm-too-hot-to-handle meter will drop to freeze point. Believe me.
You are better than all the crap he's handing out, so are your emotions. Anger is wasted energy darling; channel that energy into reminding yourself that you are a foxy being worthy of love. Honor yourself cos you are delicious, brave and completely woman.

Pyrette is right, you need to stay strong for yourself. Or course, that won't be easy.
Just keep in mind that you are a better person for acting mature about this, if you lose your temper, you'll just be bringing yourself down to his level. You need to look to the future, and into the past.
Don't try to make him jealous because that will only leave you thinking about him, you'll be wondering if he's jealous, what he thinks about you, and so. So you won't really be moving on.
Look to the future, not the past: that's the best advice I can give you.

Turn the page dear, do not give your power up to him. You're smart that you recognize that he is not a good person or not good for you anyway, so when you see him the best thing you can do is just smile at him and make him wonder. If his actions make you angry, you are giving your power up to him. You are the one in control of your own emotions, no one can make you feel something like anger unless you let them..Stay Strong

peace sister
