Is a Female physically capable of snapping/braking a guys neck with her bare hands?

I watch CSI for the first time and one of the detectives said no matter how much a female works out she can not do it (snap a mans neck).....I hope this is false
If this is False .....than I will not waste my time watching a show that gives false info

Having taught marital arts for over 27 years I can say that it IS possible. A grown woman is stronger than a young boy and young boy can snap the neck of a grown man, therefore an adult woman should have an even easier time of it. I have seen woman in both the martial arts,and in other physical pursuits that had more than enough strength to do it. Of course the WAY it is done is also a factor. For example if a woman is trying to simply squeeze the neck to snap it then probably not unless she is a body builder, but then even an adult male has difficulty doing it that way. However a sharp twist requires very little effrot and can be done by just about anyone, with the right knowledge and technique.

Yes. Gender alone does not predispose strength and knowledge. More importantly, I hope you are not spending a lot on cable or satellite because your viewing criteria restricts you to about four TV shows on the Science Channel, National Geographic channel and some university symposiums. No not the History channel either!

Yes of course, if she is trained in the technique she would have no problem in snapping someones neck. Now simply squeezing someones neck will not cause breakage only suffocation or damage to the esophagus.

and of course it depends on the guy and they girl
if he is a 6' 7" 310 pounds and she is 5' 0" 101 pounds I do not think she can do much but hang off of his neck until he gets tired of her
