Every pregnancy's different. I threw up so much with my son, it wasn't even funny.
You can't really tell what you're having by the amount of morning sickness you have. Every woman, and every pregnancy is different.
If it's any consolation, though, my mother never had morning sickness with either of us, and there's me AND my little brother.

HI, I have only had one child a little girl in 2000 and I had hardly any morning sickness at all! My friend has a little boy who suffered from sickness with him but she has just found out that she is pregnant with a girl and has had little morning sickness. Hope this helps.

I had various degrees of morning sickness with 3 pregnancies, going from next to nothing to severe, and I have 3 boys! Also had a friend who was sick 24/7 with her two - and had a boy and girl so I don't know if morning sickness is a reliable indication - sorry!

I did not have any morning sickness with any of my 4 kids, and I have 2 boys and 2 girls. So, I would say yes you could have a girl.

I had no morning sickness whatsoever and had a boy. My best friend was sick every day for the whole pregnancy (including the day she went into labour) and also had a boy. You can't tell what you're having by whether or not you get morning sickness I'm afraid.

I heard that was an old wives tale...morning sickness means a girl...non-morning sickness means a boy. I had non, and went on to have a boy.

Morning sickness is caused by unbalanced hormones, not the sex of the child you are carrying. As it happens, I had morning sickness from day 1 with my son and no morning sickness at all with my three daughters.

I didn't really have morning sickness, just a little nausea, and I had a girl. However, my sister-in-law was throwing up her entire pregnancy and had a girl. Don't believe the old wives tales.
