Why do all the females that think they are pregnant come on here to ask? wouldn't it be a lot smarter to ask your Doctor, rather than explain your period to the world and ask for opinions?

Some of you are misunderstanding. I odn't have a problem with women discussing pregnancy.
I have a problem with the ones that say stuff like ' I am bloated, i haven't eaten for 3 weeks and the postman hasn't been yet, am i pregnant'
Idiotic questions to which we have no answers.

Most women dont come on here to get people to do an online yahoo answers pregnancy test, they are asking other women what there experiences are etc, if you had not noticed that there is a women's health section aswell on here i am sure that there are worst things on there than women mentioning about mother nature. You obviously cannot take it, and to be quite honest who is ever going to meet a woman who has said a little bit about her monthlys coz i can assure you that i will never meet you and any one else of yahoo answers.
If you were a woman you would understand, but you are not and as you stated you have testicles sometime i think arrogant men like you have the testicles down there pants but nothing else as the most important thing (Di Ck) is on there head!!!!!!!!!

If you have a problem with it then quit reading them. Why are you even looking at questions from the pregnancy section anyways? Nothing better to do than judge other people to make yourself feel better?
Maybe they would just like to get someone else's input. Unlike men, talking about stuff makes women feel better. Most of the questions are being asked while it is still too early for a woman to test.

The people that come on here arent looking for a scientific diagnosis, but are looking for some friendly advice and opinions of others along with a shoulder to cry on and fret without having to moan and panic the people they know. And it isnt always as easy as you think to go to the Doctors or even get to speak to one, I mean I can never get a doctors appointment, and would feel embarressed about making appointments weeks in advance for questions that may sound stupid to a medical professional but not to others who have/are in the same position.
when you are explaining things to people in here, your identity is witheld and that is one reason people feel free and secure to do it in the first place.
So please stop making sill assumptions about people that you obviously dont understand. I mean many women dont get the chance to speak to other pregnant women apart from ante-natal appts etc and even then its not in the most social nature is it??
Give everyone a break, i think that maybe you are preggars and in a bad, bad mood

women like to communticate unlike men. We feel reasured sometimes when we ask other females questions who have gone through something similar. and I'm sure most do go see a Dr. most also don't get to immediatly see one. Waiting for the actual appointment can be grusome. so getting on here and asking someone helps ease the time.

The doctor knows you and they may a be possibility of the nurse or lab technician telling someone but here you can not be known especially if you have not used the name that you are known by.Its not every pregnacy that one wants people to know for various reasons.

Those questions are a bit irritating, but there are many reasons why women don't rush out and do a test. It might be too early to test. They might not be able to get to a store. They might be scared of the result.
If it annoys you so much, don't come here.

grow up deadman. if you dont like reading about a natural thing like a womans period, then its simple dont read the question, the questions aren't intended to cause offence to people who cant handle the fact that women bleed every month. if it wasnt for this then the world couldnt re-populate itself!! as far as asking about being pregnant, a lot of women want other womens opinions before they go and get a test. also for women who have been trying for years (like me) they sometimes hesitate in getting a test because they dont want to see a negative result again. besides anyone who posts a pregnancy related question, knows that in the end they will have to go to the docs and get a test. we're not stupid.

It helps to ask hundreds of women who have experienced the same thing. Plus, it doesn't hurt to talk to others while you wait to take ANOTHER test, see the doctor, etc. Most avenues for getting solid answers take time, so in between that time it's nice to talk and ask those who have experienced it in the past.

I'm the most open-minded person going and really want to help anyone I can...but I agree. That's such a you are or you're not question. Go to the pharmacy. Go to the dollar store. Go to the family planning clinic. A pregnancy test is much more accurate than my psychic hormone radar. On a less sarcastic note, I guess it's people who are scared and want people to say no.

a lot of the time i dont think they are actually asking whether they are pregnant. I think a lot of them are young girls who do not have a lot of support and this helps them to talk. And theres a lot of girls who are naive and uneducated about this kind of thing (yet another reason that all this should be available in schools)
you should think yourself lucky that you were born with balls!!! lol!
