truthfully walking and sex are the only two things that I know of.....that ever really worked.....not real sure about the pinky thing though....good luck with that. and Congrats on the baby!

on the pinky toe. At the corner of the toe which is the '4'o clock position. beside that corner. also all the ankle points do it too
