If the brown tinge is still appearing, that could be cause for concern. Having a period would indicate that you probably are not pregnant, but if the period is different than those you previously have had and you are having some sort of bleeding still (the brown tinge), I would advise seeing you OB/GYN. They wil lgive you a urine test, just likeyou would buy at the store, but if you are not truly pregnant you may be bleeding for some other reason, then you would need a pelvic exam to make sure you are alright. If it is still too early to tell with an OTC pregnancy test, they gan use a blood test that is more sensitive.

Have you made any significant changes in your exercise routine or had very rough sex in the recent past? That couse cause a change in your period or cause tears, respectively.

If you do think you are pregnant, you should stop taking any birth control pills immediately.

Excuse me boys - sabbathdei, double j-j and christopherjruiz07! If you haven't got anything useful to say then don't bother answering the questions and get out of the pregnancy section as you clearly know nothing! We don't think we are doctors we are just trying to give a bit of advice and comfort based on our own experiences!

Sorry about that. These are signs of pregnancy but you can also get them for other reasons too. If you have been getting negs on the tests then I would wait for another week and then take another one. If it still comes out as neg then wait for your next period to come. If it doesn't come, take another test. And if this one is negative you should go to see your doctor to see why you are having a light or no period as there may be another reason. If you are stressed quite a bit this can effect your period. For example, if you are stressing about ttc (trying to conceive for the idiot bloke that didn't know) then this could have an effect on it.

I'm afraid it is going to be a bit of a waiting game! Annoying I know, I am in the same boat and I hate it! Good luck though x

Implantation will happen about midway through your cycle after ovulation. you may have light spotting but it won't last. Cramping is not a good sign if you are pregnant or even if your not. I have 2 kids and did feel bloated when I should have had my period. And your breasts will be sore but it will not lighten but get worse and they will grow up to twice in size. Take a test and even if it's negetive go see a Doctor.

I wouldn't say you're definitely pregnant. I didn't have any bleeding when I got pregnant but some do, I guess. Sore, sore, sore breasts and a bit larger was my indicator to buy a test. If they keep coming up neg. wait three to five days and then try again. Sometimes you period can just be different or off based on your level of stress, and many other factors.

one of my friends had a lot of spotting etc during her pregnancy and its common to have a light 'period' at the start of pregnancy.

Go and see the doc because it is possible to have negative test when you are pregnant

And a note to all the so called men who keep abusing people wondering about pregnancy. Why the **** are you looking at pregnancy questions if you dont want to listen to people asking about pregnancy. bunch of twats

I would leave it at least another week before taking a test as early tests are not always accurate. It sounds like you may be pregnant but as you know there is no guarantee.

These signs sound very similar to what my wife experienced when she became pregnant with our first and second child. I think it is time to get a home pregnancy test, or else visit your local planned parenthood center.
