ok, i just signed a contract or a plan with a mobile company, and as part of the plan, they threw in two phones for free, first month unlimited callings, and ship two 1gb memory card
they told me one week it takes to ship the memory card but it has been two weeks now i haven't even receieved the confirmation email about the shipping...i don't know how long it usually takes to ship though..
so how long should i wait before i complain to the dealer?...even though it was quite a deal for me...but the memory card was part of the deal....
i'm just afraid that they may never send me the memory card..
so what should i do?

Call the dealer and ask the status of your order. If they can't help you, ask the mobile company. Though, whether the mobile company can help you depends on whether the incentive was a dealer incentive or mobile company incentive.

i would definitely follow up about the memory card with the dealer, but don't complain. be polite and inquisitive. if lots of time passes and still no card, then i'd ask AGAIN (a little more perturbed) but i'd never raise my voice. still no card? i'd probably let it go. life's not fair, and it never will be!
