Basically a virgin is pure, untouched, clean, not having had sexual intercourse, or really one who has never taken part in sexual activity. Morally, the question would stand, if someone partakes in oral sex, can they be referred to as a virgin. Physically, yes, but in the true definition of the word, No, because their person has been touched by sexual activity... interesting huh?
