Eleven years ago, there was a girl who had her private areas exposed. At one point, she crosses her legs and begins masturbating in class, with everyone in the classroom. What type of help did this girl get? When someone has a problem like that, what kind of intervention is best so that a problem like that does not lead to more problems.

Allowing the person to complete the process - fingering or whatever - undisturbed is appropriate, though the whole show in public is disgusting! Than, refer the matter to the social worker or education psychologist for discreet counselling. It is not advisable to go beyond that!

I'm not so sure she has a problem based on that one incident.
It isn't that rare of an occurence (unless she was totally exposed)
Either way, whats done is done- people masturbate. So what.
