You can wet it with water and stretch it over a shoe to get it stretched out.
Indians got them wet all the time and would just keep wearing them until they dried out to make sure they didnt shrink too much.
Or if you know a person that makes them you can ask him/her to make one a bit larger for you.
Google historiacal reenactors and you will find sites for moc makers and if you special order a pair it shouldnt cost much more than one of their pairs they normally make.

There is shoe stretching spray at a lot of stores, like Target and Nordstrom that you can buy. It softens the leather so it stretches more easily. After spraying and letting it soak in, wear the shoes for a few hours. Do this daily until your shoes are comfortable. If you bought your shoes from a shoe store or department store, they should be able to stretch them for you for free. After getting them back from the store, wear them. Without the heat of your foot, the leather tends to shrink back a little (will stretch more easily the next time you wear them though). I will tell you though that a lot of people don't know what they are doing, so request that they are stretched for a minimum of one hour and that they are left of the stretcher until you pick them up. If they dry stretch, without the spray, they should be left over night, but if they use the spray an hour is fine as long as you wear them right away. Shoes that are stretched with the spray look a lot better though, so you may want to get some and take it with you back to the store you got them at.

Well, it depends on the type of leather. I make moccasins for myself, and found that deerskin ones stretch so much better than any other leather. You can stuff newspaper in them if you like, leave that for a few days. They should stretch fine.

Wear them. Leather will stretch out on its own in time.

Moccosins are easy.......wet them thoroughly in warm water....
put them on your feet..they will stretch and form to your feet....leave them on till they dry....if your larger foot...is way too large to fit in the smaller/original size...get a friend to wear the one with a larger foot to stretch it for you ,,,again warm water to wet.....put on ...and let dry...p.s. dont go to the mall while they dry....wait till after!!!
