Like when you're playing a 2 player game can you have 2 seperate tv screens instead of cramming it in 1 tv?

The gaming system / console / whatever would have to support that either by having two seperate video outputs or by allowing you to link two units together. Then the game itself would also have to be coded in such a way as to support that feature. In other words, you cant really just take a pre-existing split-screen game and send the output to two seperate monitors. Not without some special (expensive) video processing hardware, anyway.

some consoles allow this, normally means 2 consoles and 2 copies of the game . there is a cable that connects two ps2, i have one somewhere,
