Put in a Karma system like some online forums have, where every question and answer gets an individual rating. That will make it easy to filter out morons.

okay. Play Questions get answered 100% better than a question that really has to be answered. I think Yahoo shud pick up on those Q's and answer them themselves.
Because Yahoo member dont answer them and they are the Q's that really need to be answered

No doubt about it----when one receives a violation notice one should be given a specific reason for the violation notice, not just a general quote reference that one has violated the guidelines. And we should be allowed to defend ourselves.

I find it very helpful for things I need to find out. What I don't like is checking my emails only to find a stupid answer has been left. I would also like to see a "No Answers" option for no points rewarded.
