In the beginning it was ok, then it became... Not so ok, and now it is really annoying the hell out of me.
I know if I try to speak to her, she is goin gto be really upset and might always hold it against me and make me feel guilty and there will always be that "Yea you said you don't like my voice!" thing, cos you know how women can make one little thing into a real issue - Also why the heck do you women do that??

Are you sure this is something she can change? If she was that way to begin with, where do you get off all of a sudden deciding that she should change it?

Just say something to her, she may not even realize she's doing it as often as she does. When I was married my then husband always used to say " It's a tough situation" every time he didn't know what else to say. Eventually that little habit (among many others) started to drive me insane so one day I said something to him and every time he would start to say it he would stop himself and we would both get a chuckle out of it. He had no idea that he said it as much as he did it was just a habit that he had to take notice of to stop. If that is the type of thing that would make her angry then that's just the type of person she is and you are on your own with that.

Tell her flat out it is a turn off and you are embarrassed by it. I am a female and never talk in that voice. It would totally turn me off if my husband did it. I'm sure if she does it in public people must look at her like she has issues.
