That is probably the most intelligent question written on here. I usually get mad at the other person but should be mad at myself letting someone else control my emotions.

I am the same
I get mad at myself
Then I take a good look at myself to see why it effected me so much
Once I have an answer I am happy again lol
However if I can't find an answer it drives me crazy

Wow, that happened to me yesterday...I was so mad at my granddaughter for whining about ice cream I told her she couldn't have, then I go and give it to her and yell at her...I said to my daughter, " I am so mad at myself for being such an asshole by giving in"!! Usually I am mad at the other person, except for her...she has the way...
